I've always been interested in cooking since i was a kid. I learned to cook and bake at a young age, and was cooking dinner for my family by my early teens. I'm a foodie, I love getting groceries, and cooking with new ingredients!
I recently started this blog to chronicle my culinary adventures. I've been meaning to take pics and write down my recipes for a while now. I think the tag gourmet might be a stretch, but I love using fresh ingredients (duhh) and trying to throw something together that is tasty and not time consuming. I've always been a firm believer that a meal shouldn't have to take all day to be really tasty, or cost a fortune. Sure, I'd love to eat fillet and lobster everyday with truffle butter, but it's not economically feasible! The recipes I post are my own, and will illustrate easy ways to make tasty food.
Anyways, I appreciate any comments you leave, and warmly welcome any suggestions for meats or recipes i should try to twist!
